I was doing cardio today (stairmaster) and I realized that I could just lower the speed by 2 levels, and it will have almost no change on the calorie input

Kinda reminded me of this.
Once you are on the stairmaster at level 7 for example, going to level 9 will cause extreme strain unnecessarily.

Its like how when you speed, the faster you go, the less time you save. You get the most benefit by going slightly over the baseline

TLDR high intensity cardio is a meme

HIIT increases lactate more than regular cardio, which makes HIIT more valuable for neurological benefits

Now I believe you're aspie bro.

Pls explain to me your discovery. I dont know what you've said here at all.

Why is HIIT a meme?

too much exerted effort for a diminishing amount of calories burned

Bro, you claim high IQ but you are evaluating the benefit(s) of HIIT from soley how many calories you are burning right there and then?

Are you including all the other various benefits? To the metabolism etc? You realise a faster and better metabolism is one of key factors in natural weight/excess loss, good food digestion, longevity anti-ageing etc?

Autist Zoomers always tryna find flaws in anything mainstream. LOL

Sometimes the stuff that's mainstream is actually good. Sometimes. I get it though. Normies do it so it's cucked right?

how does lactate has neurological benefits?:feelswhere:
The body "shuttles" lactate from the muscles to various tissues like the heart and the brain, serving as an energy source. Once in the brain, lactate acts as a signaling molecule.

For some people it is not just about burning calories tho.

best cardio for losing weight is fast walking for like 3-4 hours
