I still haven't decided if i believe in God or not, im in the process of studying and meditating about it, but this equation doesn't work like that, an atheist will have a less restrained life without the rules imposed by religious set of beliefs, meaning he lives instinctively, following up what he really wants to do (or what his mind tells him to do because we are slaves for our brains), unless he has a personal set of moral and ethical values which again would still be cause of his choice, meanwhile a religious person may not be able to fulfill all of his dreams or act how he wants due to his/her religion.
