DEBUNKING the Myth that AI's can't slow down Growth Plate Closure bc of local aromatization

Last week I saw a TikTok post of @jedxbr saying that an Ai won't slow down the closure of your growth plates bc of local aromatization in the bone tissue.

So here is why you can blast as much testosterone as you want and still grow as long as yr blood estrogen level stays in range:

Aromatase inhibitors reduce estrogen everywhere because the drug gets into all tissues that receive blood flow and works there too tissues arent isolated from the bloodstream, they’re supplied by it. Medications distribute through the blood and reach organs based on blood flow, so the concentration of the drug in tissues is in range with the blood supply. In fact the level of drug in blood typically should reflect how much is available in tissues and therefore where it can act.

Also, local estrogen in tissues partly comes from the general circulation and any estrogen made locally will diffuse into the blood over a pretty short time. If a tissue suddenly produced a lot of estrogen from aromatization of exogenous testosterone enough of that extra estrogen would quickly enter the bloodstream and be measurable in overall E2 blood levels. There’s no way that lets “huge local estrogen” stay hidden inside a tissue without affecting the blood.

Which means yr safe as long as your blood estrogens level are in range with yr tanner.

Yes it reduces local E2 in the growth plate, but is it 100%? No, and the few percentages that make it through are big enough to prematurely fuse your plates and even then you get testosterone and DHEA substrates that convert locally

can you use a serm(like tamoxifen) for something like this?

Local e2 is bullshit just use letrozole 2.5mg and you’re good to do whatever

Tamo lowers igf-1 only low doses are viable

What about anastrozole
