Ill try to describe my experience, i have no idea if its cope or not.

I used not to sleep because i have curly hair , in my experience i would just play all night, be sure to speak with someone while u decide to do this, possibly someone retarded enough to distract you and make you laugh really easily. Once its daytime outside, you'll stop feeling super tired and regain a Little bit of strenght. thats it for the First day, second day its a little bit harder, around 4/5 am you regain a little bit of energy but you will prob get tired after 30/40mins, eat or drink something cold during that time, i suggest milk cuz yes me like milk
Now. the third day its.. something. your body might Just shutdown and wake up after little periods of time, usually 30 to 60mins, if you resist you'll feel like someone Is looking at you, im not joking and i do realise this sounds retarded but in my experience in the third day i felt observed...
Fourth day, its where i stopped, i would randomly hear sounds, not always, It happend 2 times, After that i Just went to bed.

I would suggest you instead of not closing your eyes at all, close them for a short periods Just like shutdowns.

For the aspect: my skin quality was still good, i made sure to drink water anyways even tho It wasnt enough back then (prob 2l a day) but i can confirm that i was debloated during these days (so yes it worked for me i guess )
