I feel like my forward facial growth has been limited, possibly because I was given a removable brace at 14, which I had to wear at night for six months. After that, I had fixed braces for two years. Now, they’ve given me one clear aligner and one removable brace, and I have to alternate between them each night. I'm 17 now, and I feel like I don’t have much forward growth – my side profile just sucks, even though both of my parents have really defined jawlines for their age. That’s why I think the braces might have affected my forward growth. Do you have any idea what I could do about it, besides mewing?
