Deep bite + brachy skull?

Hello, just looking for some general advice. I have a skeletal class 2 type 2, and my surgeon is planning on BSSO+chickenwing/genio and possible masseter botox. I am also looking into cranium implants/contouring, but want to know if it's even worth it. My CI is 78-79, so I am borderline Brachy. Should I push for CW rotation and bimax?

Only reason for bimax would be to down graft upper jaw which I’m not entirely sure u need

Ur maxilla acc looks quite good

Ur incisors r retorclined far back asf to compensate for ur short mandible

But if u do get bimax cw could be nice

A downward n maybe even a bit of reduction genio would be good too (never fucking heard of a chicken wing genio)
