I have a slight deep bite that causes my face to look the slightest bit smaller and puffier when I have my teeth bitten together . What should I do about fixing it without causing any recession in the maxilla or anything else. I am also wondering if fixing it may lead to a bit more chin projection as I feel like my lower jaw wants to come forwards but my top teeth block it?

I have that too

The solution is bimax with cw rotation btw

Some lucky people can get away with vertical genioplasty but the gold standard for fixing this is bimax

Mark as solution nigga please

You have 2 solutions. Either a bimax ( which you're most likely not getting) or braces with rubber bands. You can erupt your molars 1-2mm and basically cure the deepbite. It wont change the underlying skeletal structure, but it should add some vertical height to your chin. Basically camouflaging it
