I’ll give yall that little tidbit

Started doing it, I feel 10x more low cortisol.

Just breathe theory

Breathe in through nose slowly until you can’t anymore, very slow steady breath until you run out of breath and then exhale through your mouth until you again run out of air. get all air possible out/in

When u exhale I think u can make kinda a “shhhh” sound I think it helps
