I have a deeper canine fossa on my left side which has created a prominent nasolabial fold on that side. I don’t have any in the right side, just the left.

The reason I think this has happened is because one of my premolars still is a baby tooth with no adult tooth over. So I think it has created a bone problem.

Was thinking of Invisalign to fix dental arch as premolars are going inwards a bit on both sides. Btw I also have a 50mm palate so should be able to get a 10 teeth smile at least that maybe can fix it in some way.

What other ways can I fix this?

How old are you?

Filler if you're old enough
Mark this as solution

Btw I don’t have any on the right side which makes it look really assymetrical and ugly when I talk. The thing I mostly want to fix is it showing when I’m talking as when relaxed it isnt very prominent.

Relaxed doesn't look that bad
Everybody has these when talking btw, you're just opening your mouth
If you really want to fix it, go for filler but lose some weight first, you look kinda fat

No like I can feel with my finger that the left sides goes in much more around the canine fossa while my right doesn’t. And as I mentioned I miss a adult tooth there which could be a reason for bone loss

And? The only thing that matters is the aesthetics of it.
Ima stop responding to this thread if you don't give me my solution

Yes relaxed isn’t very prominent. But talking is very prominent. And like because right doesn’t have any it looks so assymetrical when u talk. And btw im not fat, pretty lean just a very bad picture and lighting where im super relaxed just to show.

I mean, boneloss wont give you nasalfolds at your age. If your skin were good you wouldnt have it

Saying filler is the worst solution out there, save up for laser and paranasal implants then. Filler will perma migrate and cause worse folds in the long run

Okay will give solution if you explain what you mean?
Couldn't be clearer. What you feel with your finger doesn't matter because it doesn't look deformed irl, nor weird.
Stop worrying about this, or if you still do get fillers

I feel like it does tho compared to the right. Makes my left look so ugly when talking. Very asymmetrical. Will give solution, but filler in the bone is what you recommend?

Actually go for implants, would look better and not migrate as @lurking truecel said

Looks weird irl as I just have a nasal fold on that side. And looks so asymmetrical when I talk. Will give solution now. If filler is what you recommend
