everyone wants to upload the happiest, best most exciting moments of their life on social media but I think deep down everyone's secretly depressed and social media is just the greatest moments of their life, most people are going through shitty divorces, losing jobs, working their lives away, depression, mental illness and many different problems that come with life.

people tend to be more depressed the smarter they are because of social maladjustment, people with average intelligence around 80 to 100 tend to not think as deeply about societal problems such as world hunger, nuclear war and other existential threats to society all the time.

Tell me how chemicals circulating through a clump of meat determined by nothing but the laws of physics that arose through random mutation and natural selection from the initial elements of the big bang could produce that.
