Deepbite after puberty

I have deepbite(covering about 50-70% of front lower teeth) and im 15(i been same height for 2 years + i already grow beard so most likely puberty is done) i wanna get herbst to fix it but i have heard it doesnt change skeletol problem (i want to move my jaw forward and increase lower thirds height not just teeth. Will herbst do it without making maxxila recess or do i need something else? Cant afford surgery for while bc im saving for rhinoplasty

idk about herbst though you can get rubber bands or twin block to extrude your molars (if the problem is posterior deficiency)

then request frankel 2 so your tongue posture becomes normal

need an absolutely bpilled ortho to get this done though just get surgery
