I have the worst deep bite ever, and i be jutting ALL the fucking time, i am aware of my jaw 24/7, literally all the time someone is talking to me i didn't even pay so much attencion because i am preucupated about my jaw, i need to fix it, someone have any tips?

live in brazil, if i have to make a surgery i would have to or pay like 30k or wait for 1 year in a list of a public hospital, and like, i don't want to wait, i look fucking miserable

what is tmj?

Its when the joint that connects the jaw to your skull ( in front of your ears) starts making a clicking/popping sound when you open your jaw. It can lead to jaw pain, jaw stiffness and overall difficulty opening the mouth
