The way I do them is under the radar. I actually cut out the face from after swapping it and layer it onto the male model to make it near seamless. I basically just keep the eyes, nose and a bit of the mouth. The rest is morphed to look like myself (or the guy who I’m trying to make pics for).

And they all literally just get dolled up every weekend and go somewhere nice specifically to take photos at and stand there for ages finding the perfect angle and pose and probably come home and liquify and faceapp it too.
