Deer (velvet) Natural height growth method

So i been doing research on natural ways to get taller and i stumbled across something called Deer (velvet) its contains growth factors such as Igf1 Peptides Rat studies show it can increase growth plate height and femoral bone length. Some human trials on children exist for growth support honestly i believe its cope and its cost like 100$ dollars however it is quite interesting and shouldn’t be ignored and i haven’t seen anyone talk about it

after a quick review of the clinical trial, here were the results,
Placebo: 0.66cm average gain
Extract group: 0.97cm average

No adult height gain was observed.
Glucosamine and chondroitin are cool for joint health. That’s basically it. The traces of igf1 are extremely small and don’t do anything, literally zero muscle or weight gain was observed

Note that the participant group was relatively very small (100 participants), the modest gain was likely not from the extract at all
