I am a bit retarded but reading from a few studies https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9976033/, https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2451993624000380 Erda inhibits FGFR which really helps with stimulating the MAPK pathway which leads to more ERK2 which stops antipoptic (which means stopping the shit that is killing ur cells)

"FGFR1 can stimulate the activation of the mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) pathway, leading to the synthesis of antiapoptotic protein extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) 2. Creation of ERK2 activates the production of antiapoptotic proteins BCL-x and BCL-2, which downregulate apoptotic proteins Bax and caspase-3. One can surmise that inhibiting FGFR using erdafitinib targets this pathway and can inadvertently lead to apoptotic protein genesis as well as damage to and possible degeneration of RPE cells. This can lead to fluid accumulation in the retina and subsequently a condition similar to CSR. In addition, premature and mature RPE cells require the FGFR to undergo mitosis and maintain normal cell function"

So, one way or another can we just fucking fix the RPE cells getting fucked up through some other medicene or ancilliary or some shit?

ive been using eplerenone. It has been shown in studies to slightly help with cscr by draining the eyeballs but it also helps debloat me from hgh so 2 in 1. Also eye surgery is way more effective and cheap/easy compared to limb lengthening

eye problems on erda are not that deep, and the manufactorer lit says no other meds can adverse this. combing erda with another drug that supresses RPE like a MEK inhhibitor causes an additive effect on RPE dysfunciton, which makes retino more severe.Rpe damage from erda is very reversible dont stress about that lol

How long do you reccomend for an erda cycle, 2 weeks or what?

nah like 1.5 mo but its like 70hr half life. Anyways just diy OCT to see if your vision is actually becoming worse
