deficit while in puberty stunts growth?

im a fat lil pos still even after losing 60 lbs (250-190) and fat = estrogen which makes me a testless demon. wtf do i do since a caloric deficit will stunt my height and im not trying to be a manlet. im prolly around 25-30 % bf right now
