What if I have 99 percentiles in cranial measurements but in pics I don’t look that’s big around others ?

Big skull is just a head that's 1/5 the size (the size not height) of the total body or less in worst cases. Big skull is not correlated with height, someone can be tall and have the same skull size as someone with average height but in my definition the guy with average height has a bigger skull if both have almost the same amount of mass. Proportions is how we determine if something is big or small, to know if something is big or small you should compare it to other things.

Short dudes can have big heads.

Wide or compact skulls can also be big, it's not just the shape but total size. Just look at ethnics.
