i mean like same lol. i'm not that social of a guy but literally just putting yourself out there and having normie convos with others is a basic start to it. like if you are looking for a girl or at least trying to talk to more of them, just become freinds with them. trust me it sounds hard but when you get into the nt mindset its easy.
