If your bone structure is REALLY good you should start seeing some definition at 15%bf

Best bf% for anesthetics is around 12%

You can't keep 9% all year around tbh. Also it greatly depends on the facial bone structure. If you're too lean you might end up looking like Mr Skeltal tbh
