Let's look at the actual definition for pedophile
Calling it "not pedophilia" is like saying "it's not murder, it's manslaughter" — the exact label changes, but the victim is still a child being exploited. The damage to a 13- or 14-year-old is still severe: trauma, grooming and long-term psychological harm. A 30 yo dating an 8 yo isn't any weirder than a 30 yo dating a 13 yo.
