Shit fucking response. This is why I said changeable. Nothing will make your eyes blue unless you want to try untested chemicals.Shit fucking thread. Muh meditation won't make my eyes blue
By the simple fact that happiness, just like any other feeling, can only last in the brain for mere seconds. Many rich and famous people have killed themselves. How do you know that all this ain't just a cope?
Do you really trust the ugly boomercels out there who try to push young people to find happiness in other things besides the obvious things?

This is not to say that pleasure is BAD. This is just to say you'd rather be in a good mood at all times anyways. Also, even IF your goal is to repetitively pleasure seek as much as possible, often times the things that get you that pleasure require you to be in an action and focus oriented mood anyways. Meditation helps with this
This is a common misconception. Meditation does not require this, although sitting down in a position like that can help for 30 minutes each day. Meditation is simply observing the present moment. That's it. More specifically, you just have to be mindful. You can literally do this while you're at a concert in a setting full of distraction.BRB sitting in an uncomfortable cross-legged position for hours on end for no tangible benefit
GIven that human beings are very easily distracted, I would start off with the simple way of sitting on a chair every day for 15-30 minutes and just focusing on your breath. You can do this every day to establish a habit and to train your mind to focus. Once this is done for enough time, you don't even need to do this anymore. You just need to transfer that focus into all areas of your life, whether you are in your bed about to wake up, in your car driving, at work, or wherever else. It is to simply notice whatever is in front of you at any moment. It sounds simple but that's all it is.How do you meditate? recommended videos and books

To be honest this ain't gonna get me no pussies. I want pussies and asses. It's easier said than done. Once you try doing this, notice how distracted your mind gets.
Believe it or not, it will help you get that too. It is easy to see this actually. To be honest this ain't gonna get me no pussies. I want pussies and asses. But thanks for the cope.
Try it bro. As mentioned in one of my previous posts, try spending 15-30 minutes sitting in a chair and just observing your breath. Move on from the breath to other things eventually such as the room, your surroundings, how your body feels in the chair, your thoughts, your feelings, everything. It will be very hard at first and your body will try to resist it. Eventually, you will accept the present moment, and the next time you experience a high stress event, your stress response will be greatly reduced.i am chronically stressed person what routine should i do. don't believe this bullshit tbh but would give a try
