Deleted TikTok reinstalled insta, mirin?

Do yall mirin? Thoughts? I need to dopamine detox and I’m not much on insta anyway so it won’t take much of my time, I’m going to try being without TikTok for a week at least.

And also reinstalling insta is part of my NT plan to look NT, EVERYONE where I live are active on insta, and when they ask me what’s my insta I’m saying some bullshit like “I deleted because I spend too much time on it” which I’m not.
Also that’s means that the foids are using insta here on a daily basis,and not having it on your phone is a MAJOR red flag.
My HB is a high HTN and the whole area which I live in is glazing him (MEN and WOMEN), he’s very good looking in general (body, height, game etc) and at least 5 girls (ONLY when I was around him) said never mind after asking him out and realizing he don’t have insta, yeah you heard it right, foids are indeed stupid.
So I’m not even a HTN so I can’t walk around in summer without insta.

Yeah I thought about that too, but that is way better than doom-scrolling TikTok tbh, for a couple of reasons:
1. It doesn’t have a lot of brain rot like TikTok has, it’s not always the scrolling that is ruining your dopamine system, but also the quality of videos you watch. and in TikTok, MOST of the videos are low quality unlike insta
2. Insta’s reels are much less fun to scroll in, I mean that TikTok is much more available and “inviting” to doom-scroll on, and insta is not, for a couple of reason like the fact that when you enter it, you don’t fully get into the reels like you do on TikTok and also it’s not insta’s main Function, so it’s not the most relevant thing there. Things like stories are way more interesting than that and many more reasons.
3. I will try not go into reels in the first place so I won’t doom-scroll.

There are more reasons but that’s what came to my mind, doom-scrolling is not what I downloaded it for (obviously) but to NTmax, check on stories and talking with girls.
