Last time I measured 7x5.4 but that was after using an extender for a month so I'm pretty sure it's more like 6.7-6.8x5.4 now because I didn't use it enough to solidify the ligaments gains.

It seems that you only need to wear it a few hours a day so unless your parents are at home all day long it should be fine
