I measured around 0.435 ESR.
ESR alone doesn't determine if eyes appear close set. He has low ESR mainly because his bizygomatic width is wider than average. His ES ratio, midface ratio, brow length, intercanthal to nose width, IPD to mouth width are all normal and close to ideal range.
His IPD is also on the narrower side but it's not enough to really hurt his ratios, if his IPD was a bit wider he'd actually have slightly lower harmony.
