Delusional friend denies blackpill

I have a friend in my class, he is about 5'8-5'9 and ltn, very bloated and has tons of acne. He has this absolute delusion that a girl in our class, a htb, likes him. He often refers to himself as "handsome". I can't stand him, all he talks about is this girl that he will never be able to get. I told him about lookism but he seems to believe that game and personality is more important. What should I say to him?
