Delusions of grandeur.

I think its a defence mechanism of consciousness.

The thought that one may be irrelevant. Ugly. Everything bad, is unbearable.

Harmful and uncomfortable.

I'd much rather live not in an unsatisfactory reality but in a heaven of my egos own creation.

A so called 'dream world'. Why wouldn't you want that?

What good comes of facing and fending off the brutality that an ugly ethnic is swarmed by in every moment?

It's like thousands of bees.

You thrash your arms and scream and shout but you just get stung and stung and stung.

You wished you'd just ran.

Ran into another place. Where there was no struggle, or hardship even.

To think one is great is to accept oneself.

Not to believe in one's own inadequacy. That is self loathing.

Self love is rarely honest.

Seldom based on truth.

The ego IS the consciousness.
