MAIN CONCERNS
1. T3 Levels: T3 is mainly there to help metabolize carbs. When you cut carbs, your body needs less T3. It's not dysfunction, it’s only natural.

Cardiovascular disease was practically non existent until we started using processed seed oils that replaced more natural lard and butter and other factors. Can you actually tell me why cholesterol is so bad with actually saying the bio mechanical reason?
