They are only "democratic" and you only have "freedom" as long as you abide by what the neoliberal mob accepts as reasonable discourse. Challenge the neoliberal mob by calling out the likes of black lives matter, feminism, the gay agenda, the tranny agenda, or how Zionists control the media, banks, wall street, congress, etc and you will have your life destroyed. So called Democracies are actually Dictatorships with good propaganda .
