I'd disagree and say Somerhalder is the youngest and healthiest looking oldcel. The thing I don't understand is how Ian Somerhalder is 42 and still has that rosy cheek complexion. I have the same rosy cheeks as him, giving me a very youthful look, but have shit bones so instead of being a prettyboy Chad I just look like I haven't hit puberty yet. Most people lose that complexion in their 20s but he somehow retained it.

I was not saying dennis james is the youngest looking oldcel, but he is one of the youngest looking bodybuilders. Normal bodybuilders at 30 look older than him at 55.
