I have a slight overbite even though my maxila is recessed. I need to know how I can get my ortho to expand my teeth, as im worried if I get a retraction ill be hard stuck sub 5.

Ask specifically for expansion orthodontics, retard. It's not a weird thing to say.

You won't be able to fix recession of both jaws orthodontically.

Also you can ask for a 3d scan to compare the outcomes
