Dental/medical application advice after braces

Im wondering what i can do after im done with braces. Had a deep bite at the start and all sorts of general teeth problems like i have oligondoncha or whatever (missing adult teeth so absolutely cooked). My dentist gave me type 2 elastics and im getting implants for both of my pre molars after i get a retainer with the fake teeth. After theyre off in about 6 months what can i do on my own or with money to improve.


I can send pictures of my teeth and pallets if needed just need a little help im not very informed on the dental side of things
