My only options currently are
Denture (this is covered free on nhs) but I would have to wear a Denture daily like a old man.
Pay £3000 pound to some scammer for a dental implant
Hope a specialist can do a specialist root canal and fix it. Not nhs so I would have to pay £50 just for consultation. It might not even work keep in mind and probably a couple hundred pound for the treatment.
This also will only push it forward it won't work forever

Also a 4th option of just ignoring it.
It doesn't hurt right now but did it the past. Not sure what happens if I do that the root is dead

You could go to another country to fix your teeth: Mexico, Turkey, India, etc., prices are cheaper there.

If untreated it can cause severe infection and can actually kill you, idk what the situation is but they usually do a root canal

Because of how bad it is a normal root canal wouldnt work.
A month ago it got really bad and starting swelling up and hurting but then he put me on antibiotics and its stopped the swelling and pain

Im 33 and from fucking Serbian village (3rd world country) nigga and have full set of teeth with 2 root canals done in the last 15 years. I brush twice a day and use menthol mouthwash once a day.

Just fucking laugh. I think its because i a temp filling that broke and when it started hurting i just ignored it. Also i used to have a shit load of sugar and monsters
if i went to them months ago when it started hurting they could have done a standard root canal but i left it too late

You shouldn't introduce profit into healthcare. They start over charging and prescribing treatment you dont need.
In the 90s doctors gave people who didnt need treatment oxytocin which lead people to people getting addicted Opioids and becoming homeless.
