How do i subtly tell my dentist i have a recessive maxilla and need reverse pull headgear without saying that and sounding like a complete idiot, i have an appt tm for a root canal so ill tell them about it then

my friend came to dentist and said "is this could help me with aesthetics of the face?"

and dentist started raging at him for that.

Nah i dont give a shit what the dentist thinks but my parents are gonna be there and i gotta act NT infront of them or else theyll be like “wtf is this kid on about”
