Dentist told me i had a small mouth

He basically said i had narrow palate. Is there anything i can larp to get it expanded? I don’t really have an overbite/underbite. Also would it be worth it to get a palatte expander since the only thing really nerfing me is having a big nose and my archytype is prettyboy if that helps. The dentist is also like 70 or smth so i might be able to get him on my side quicker.

Im guessing now you will need a referral from the dentist or doctor with the help of a sleepstudy or scans showing clear malforming of the arches only after can you look at options

say to the dentist and possibly doctor too you have airway and sleep problems until they can make tests often in western countries they dont gaf even if the palate is visibly small

Have to meet him next week to get wires removed en was planning on telling him that i had trouble sleeping en breathing and that a friend had the same problem and his dentist gave him something to expand his pallate
