my dentist is trying to get me to take out 4 teeth and get braces , am i cooked and if so what should i do to prevent it and what should procedure should i get done instead.
my mandible is somewhat recessed compared to my maxilla if that helps with anything

i had the exact same thing, did not cause recession. i heard however it depends on the teeth if i remeber it was the molars but im not sure.

they are planning to take my lateral incisors on the top row and on the bottoms my canines
