How many threads are typing to make on losing friends after surgery and how dangerous life is for short guys. If your friends are treating you like a loser, replace them. Fillers are cope. Also for chin, you need to do sliding genio if you’re truly recessed. Implants look uncanny if you go more than 6mm. Good luck bro.
