So if I inject t and have sky high rates I can become a heroin addict and still not be deporesed

lifefuel since i love my carbs. so is it true carbs (assuming not from junk food ofc) dont bloat?
they bloat sadly, you just can't win in life, either go full fat and suffer the consequences later in life with arteriosclerosis or eat high carbs and become a bloatlord

True very true

The modern man is depressed due to low t. low t due to lack of exercise, sedentary lifestyle, toxic food.
What is toxic food? And which are good

carbs hold in water in you, most of the water gets stored in you torso and some in your face.
If you go full keto you will notice a sharp drop in weight the first week cause of water loss

Hm, but the number 1 bloat issue is meh potassium to sodium.

From my experience carbs from bananas etc hardly bloat me, but im still experimenting with diet

That they don’t cause extracellular fluid retention. Intramuscular glycogen/water retention ≠ subcutaneous water retention aka “bloat”

technically our faces have muscles too so it would still make you face look bloated right?

No. Keto can make you appear more flat due to depleted glycogen stores and less intramuscular water retention but extracellular water retention is what looks bad. Which is mostly about electrolyte balance

I looked facially really lean when i went low carb and no sodium, now when i eat medium carbs i definitely am not as lean in only a few days

Depression is linked to gut microbiome as 90% of the serotonin is made in the gut, along with dopamine and GABA

so it's not testosterone 'entirely'
How could i maximize my microbiome?

Most likely because of low sodium intake, not carbs. The topic never dies apparently but that won’t change the facts: excessive sub-q water retention is a result of a bad sodium/potassium ratio or kidney/heart problems (the former is essential for maintaining electrolyte balance and problems with the latter can cause edema)

is it healthy to eat almost no sodium daily instead of balancing it with potassium

I can’t generalize because individual requirements depend on a lot of factors. If you sweat a lot and lose too much sodium but don’t replenish, you can get painful muscle cramps. Most people consume too much sodium and way too little potassium tho. I wouldn’t lower my sodium intake excessively but rather adjust my potassium intake to the former
