In some cases yeah, but I don’t think treating it is as simple as just deciding to have a different outlook. If that was the case then far fewer people would be depressed

Yeah but it’s not like they flip a switch to change someone’s outlook, it’s a lengthy process in some cases that involves unpacking a lot of stuff
