Derma needling whilst on Accutane?

I've been on accutane (1 kilo per day) for a combined total of 16 months

I don't have acne but have acne scars on temples,cheeks and chest.

Can I use derminator 2 on acne scars whilst on accutane?

I will ask my dermatologist on Tuesday but she's fuckin retarded and didn't even know what retin-A was,plus her skin is worse than mine saggy ass grannycel.

I was thinking 1-1.25 mm depth once per month,thoughts?

And I'm also very pale literally look like a ghost,if I go in the sun and wear sunscreen it should be fine?
I don't want to fuck my skin up permanently but I need to get tansthetic for Spring/Summer.
