derma roller, or derma stamp for eyebrows

Do i use a derma roller or a stamp for specfically eyebrow growth. Also should i be using 0.25mm?

use at least 1mm and do it 2 times a week no more than that
 
else you will fuck yur eyebrows plus dont AND I MEAN DONT EXCEED 1.5MINS
