Disclaimer🚨:This thread is not medical advice and is only for research and education, use protocols at your own risk.

Risks include but are not limited to infection and scarring if not sanitized, failing to sanitize the derma stamp with 70% isopropyl alcohol (not above or below that alcohol content) for 5-10 minutes before and after use( also only use on a dry face and let the alcohol completely evaporate through air drying before using) will introduce bacteria into your skin which can cause acne breakouts, staph infections, scarring, and other issues. Also if you use things like minoxidil or other harsh chemicals right after stamping it will go into your blood which can cause heart palpitations, low blood pressure, dizziness, facial swelling, and more. You must wait a full 24 hours before using specific things on your skin because anything that gets on your face will be absorbed into your bloodstream.( look it up to see if it safe before using in that 24 hour time span.) Using too long of a needle on the face (especially areas with thin skin) can make the needle go past the dermal layer which can cause bruising, skin tearing, damage to superficial nerves, and more. Most risks are from human error but not all, certain skin conditions can cause separate risks. If you have a skin condition just confirm it’s safe to do.

Derma stamping is using a derma stamp to push small needles into your skin from a 90 degree angle in and out with no dragging which creates micro trauma, signaling the body to improve collagen production and blood flow which promotes skin tightness and health while also increasing hair production. When using things like minoxidil on the skin 24 hours after makes it work about 3 to 4 times better.

Needle Length and How Often to Use: For the scalp and hairline it is recommended to use a .5 to 1 mm length every week if using .5 and every 2 weeks if using 1mm. For eyebrows you should use a minimum of .25mm twice a week which will pretty much only cause increase serum absorption whereas .5mm is the absolute MAXIMUM which will increase serum absorption and collagen plus blood flow
increasing hair growth even more. For your beard you should use a length between .5 to .75mm once a week. And for the mustache you should use a .25mm size 2 times a week for serum absorption and .5mm one a week for serum absorption, blood flow and collagen production. And for the rest of the face you should use .25mm for serum absorption and .5mm for blood flow and collagen production.

Where NOT to stamp. Do not stamp on the neck, nose, the lips and stay at least .25 inches away from the lips, and do not stamp in or around your orbitals (bone around the eye.) Also do not stamp on any active acne (scars are fine to stamp) whether it’s severe or just tiny dots, it can make it worse and spread it to other parts because you’re pushing into your acne and then pushing into other parts of your face. Also make sure to replace your derma stamp every 2 to 3 months so the needles don’t become too dull.
