You inject all of these into the bone, they do sell the perm filler on there, also in general there will always be places filler migrates to but u can dissolve it. they sell that too

ive done it with wise and it went well. they've got high rep. also if you buy once they let you use cc, sometimes due to customs they have periods where they cant do cc. better to buy in holidays for 10 - 20 percent off, gl
