Clean it with isopropyl before and after use. With 0.6mm needles you should be able to roll 1-2 times per week. If you ever use 1mm+ needles you may want some Emla numbing cream as it gets quite painful. Drawing blood is normal. Make sure to moisturize afterwards as it aids the healing process.
