Dermaroller: Minimum needle length for collagen?

Is 0.25mm too little? Is 0.5mm enough? Are there any legit studies or is it all speculation?

I'll do whichever is optimal. If it's 0.5, then I can do it weekly. I suppose if you could mix in a serious 1-1.5mm session once every month it might help things along.
