Dermaroller pierce and not rolling?

I have a 0.5mm roller at home, but i just read that dermarollers are bad because the rolling causes bad injury of the skin and too large holes.
So is it possible instead of rolling the needles over the skin, to just pinch them straight like a dermapen?

maybe but I guess you will have to find the right amount of pressure pinching them down

I dermaroll myself it’s not as bad as described your a big boy now live with the pain and buy a dermapen soon

also I’m using 1mm

dont use roller use derminator or pen.
