I would say roller because the stamp covers such a big area while the roller you can go over your eyebrows easily, but stamp is better because no angle and you can change the length

Idk I have decent density I’ve tried it and it hasn’t done much. I also have a decent beard. But maybe I need to couple with non expired minoxidil and up the frequency.
