Thinking of buying a 0.5mm dermaroller to reduce a little the few acne scars I have, what you all think? Is it cope?

Mostly COPE but better then nothing.

Do 1mm at least. Or the smallest needle length to make you bleed.

1mm should not be done at home. 0.5mm seems to be the max, that you get the result and be safe

If you dont get pinpoint then you wont see results. You can do up to 1.5mm at home as long as you are sanitary.
