Can you get a subcision done after placing PDO threads in that area?

so i have pitted acne scars on my cheeks. i'm planning to do a round of subcision + microneedling then insert PDO smooth threads a week later to lift up any remaining scars. once the threads are inserted, can I operate in that area again (do a subcision, microneedle, etc)? i definitely need to do at least 2 - 4 subcisions if I want to get rid of my scars for good. obviously the best course of action would be to wait until I do the 2-4 subcisions to release all of the tethers but is it possible to do a subcision (3 weeks after placing the threads) around where the threads are or will it cause them to migrate?
