This is a decent barebones routine. You can just keep it and plug in the stuff you listed and stuff I told you. No need to swap anything out. Although with adapalene/tret, a retinol containing moisturizer is redundant.

So would the new routine be like this

-inkey list salicylic acid cleanser

-cetaphil moisturiser SPF 50

PM:
-inkey list salicylic acid cleanser
-azaleic acid 20%
-dermatica treatment

or would I not use azaleic acid 20% since ive got the dermatica treatment?

looks good. use the azaleic acid alongside your dermatica treatment. also use moisturizer at night

Alright do you use dermatica? Would the treatment they gave even help or is it cope?

I'll probably use just dermatica treatment for a few weeks then introduce the azaleic acid so I don't have too many new things at once

i use their azelaic acid 20% which is the maximum prescription strength. your treatment is good for just getting started, but i would say that after you get used to adapalene, you should move on to actual tretinoin, 0.025% minimum

nah its fine. you can use both. I use tret (stronger than adapalene) and azelaic at the same time and dont have issues.

I think they will boost me to tret after a few months them
