I don't know about that- and I wouldn't necessarily call myself an expert but I'm glad I can help.

So it can go either way- you can get a lot of wrinkles prematurely or you can end up with very few wrinkles. Since its a collagen disorder the skin is often really affected.
i dont have wrinkles or nasalobial folds my skin is pure af but i look like an oldcel weird

he said it'd help with collagen but it's not good to take it long term(basically only use for acne) and to just use retin-A.

Ask him about red light therapy tbh, and the least damaging way to get a decent tan.

Is this a good skin routine?

AM:
Cleanser with Just water
TO Niacinamide
TO Azelaic acid
moisturizer

PM:
Cetaphil cleanser
To Niacinamide
Retina A 0.1
Moisturizer

Can i use azelaic acid Everyday or is it better to do it 3 Times a week?
